1. Maintenance:
1. This product is a precision instrument and cannot be opened at will.
2. Replace the battery at least once a year.
3. This product should not be stored in a humid, high temperature and dusty environment.
4. The withstand voltage test should be done before the insulating rod is used.
5. The insulation rod should be subjected to a withstand voltage test once a year.
Note: There is a built-in antenna 350mm long on the upper end of the insulating rod section, and the withstand voltage test cannot be carried out. The withstand voltage of the built-in antenna and the outer insulation of the rod wall is (15)kv
2. Matters needing attention:
1. On-site operations must comply with the work requirements of the "Pre-test Regulations for Electric Safety Tools"
2. Rod A and Rod B of the high-voltage phaser should be grounded separately. If the ground wire of a rod falls off during operation, it should stop working, and then measure it after it is connected.
3. The high-voltage phaser should be placed in a dry place to regularly check the insulation resistance value. The 35KV phaser should be connected to the ground for about 60M. 6-10KV phaser is about 27mm.
4. Four people working on site, but not less than three people, fill in the second work ticket.
5. In the design of the high-voltage phaser, the exposed metal parts have been minimized, but the work should still be highly concentrated to prevent short circuit between lines and grounding accidents.
3. Safety rules:
1. During the on-site test, the operator should operate according to the safety distance standard of the high-voltage test of the power department.
2. The voltage level of the tested insulating rod is Less than or equal to 220KV
3. (Special attention: Please carefully check the insulation performance of the insulating rod before each use, pay attention to the weather conditions, and strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the national high-voltage test!)
4. When using, the unit's safety rules and regulations should be carefully implemented, and the relevant regulations of DL408-91 safety work regulations (electrical part of power plant substations) should be strictly observed, the instruments should be carefully kept, and the insulation should be checked regularly.
5. The insulating rod is a 6-section telescopic type. When in use, regardless of whether the working voltage is the highest voltage, the telescopic insulating rod should be pulled to a long state (about 3.1 meters), and can only be held on the sixth section when shaking hands. Shake hands in the fifth quarter.
6. Avoid using the radio transmitter (walkie-talkie, etc.) at the same time during use, so as not to interfere with the receiver.
